It is a large 3rd floor apartment with a mezzanine in a converted traditional village house right in the centre of Chantemerle (Serre Chevalier 1350) and only a couple of minutes walk from the ski lifts. The apartment sleeps 6 people in 3 bedrooms. The well-appointed apartment features the following: * A large double bedroom, which can be used as a family room with space for a cot or spare mattress. * One bedroom with 2 single beds * One bunk room (sleeps 2) * Bathroom comprising shower, washbasin and toilet. * Washing Machine * A living room with sofas, dining table, chairs, TV, DVD player (a range of DVDs and books are provided for guests) and stereo. * Kitchen facilities include a brand new 4 ring Smeg hob, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, storage cupboards etc. * South-facing balcony. Views directly onto the mountains and the piste Luc Alphand, the Olympic black run down into the village. Also views of the old village of Chantemerle, the river and larch forest. * Electric heaters in each room * Ski locker with high security lock on the ground floor of the building * Parking situated 30 metres from the building * Bed linen is provided. We ask guests to bring their own bathroom towels.
