So we were at 8:45 EST, which was 5:45 PST. Ugh, needless to say, still feeling a little tired. The bed situation last night was pretty unique and I say thatpositive. Mom and Dad had two single beds joined together to make a king-size bed. The hotel we stayed in was a hut and it was the old Air Force barracks in Watson Lake. These barracks were built for the pilots during the Alcan, was transformed into this lodge. The cabin was really nice and clean, had a home like atmosphere, are fully met with requests for shoes at the door. The beds were mom and dad were specially built for the pilots will be extra long.
